FROM THE FARM TO THE TABLE

A unique experience a stone’s throw from Florence, in the Chianti hills, you can visit a beautiful farm that grows its products following the principles of organic farming. In this structure, you will find excellent organic raw materials such as extra virgin olive oil, good wine, and tasty sheep cheeses.

After visiting the farm, you will go to the home of chef Giacomo, who specializes in organic cuisine and is careful to always find products at Km0 for his healthy cuisine. The chef will teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes in a modern key, attentive to the authenticity of the products treated. You will be shown how the flours are milled for the preparation of typical Florentine bread and mash. Finally, for the sweet tooth, a delicious tiramisu will be prepared. All lunch will be accompanied by a tasting of Tuscan wines, which best match those dishes.

We will take you in our minivan through the Tuscan trails. A few minutes from the center of the city, you will be surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, comfortably seated in our car you will be able to observe quietly a horizon that will leave you breathless.
